On one hand, acknowledging and appreciating that person awakens mirror neurons in our being and we can get pulled along by that individual's cresting wave. But the key is taking external action, just how you described. I love Andrew Huberman for example, but after a while of consuming a lot of his content I realized I was marveling but not implementing what I want to share also as creator.
